Join the UofL James Graham Brown Cancer Center’s Blood and Marrow Transplant Program for Louisville Hematology Highlights, Wednesday, May 8, 1:30-4 p.m. in the Clinical and Translational Research Building, room 124, located at 505 S. Hancock St.

Learning Objectives:

  • Update physicians and healthcare workers about new regimens and new drugs in the treatment of hematologic malignancies including acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic leukemias, Hodgkin lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, multiple myeloma and advances in rehab oncology. 
  • Discuss and evaluate treatment options for hematologic malignancies.
  • Recognize the signs, symptoms, pathology, and treatment of various hematologic malignancies.

Exhibits are from 1:30-4 p.m. Presentations from Drs. Mohamed Hegazi, William Tse, Robert Emmons and Megan Nelson are from 2-3:30 p.m.
