    Acupressure is a form of light touch therapy used to promote the flow of “chi” or life force energy along the meridians of the body. It stimulates the same points as acupuncture, but uses firm pressure instead of needles to release tension, promote circulation and stimulate the body’s self-healing abilities. It can also be used to alleviate aches and pains, stress, anxiety and sleeplessness. A typical session lasts one hour. The goal is to help achieve deep relaxation and an overall sense of well-being.
